Travelers can fly to Prague with connections via Frankfurt, Munich, Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, and London. The Prague Airport is just 10 miles outside the city center and it takes approximately 20-25 minutes for airport transfers to the hotel. The easiest way to transfer between the airport and the hotel is via Uber or Bolt. Cello Rentals will be available
Cost for renting a cello for one week is $150 per cello per week. |

This workshop is for pre-formed groups only. Please note that enrollment is limited to 8 ensembles.
Fees include a non-refundable application deposit of $500 per participant and $300 per guest.
Deposit must accompany registration application.
All applicants will be notified of acceptance status not later than September 15, 2026.
Payment in full is due by January 15, 2027. No refunds after January 15, 2027.
In the case of applicants who are not accepted, deposits will be returned.

What to expect / physical activity
All participants must be in generally good health. Any condition that may require assistance or special medical attention must be reported at the time of your application. Participation in the tours for this program requires the fitness to be expected of everyday walking and stair climbing, and to be able to walk 2-3 miles unaided. Walking in historic districts frequently involves navigating uneven surfaces. Many historic venues do not have an elevator available and require use of the staircase. Museum visits frequently involve standing for up to 20 minutes.
